KORG Brings phase8 and NTS-4 to Inaugural EMIXX West in Denver
Denver, Colorado, August 21, 2026 — KORG will take part in the inaugural EMIXX West Expo on Saturday, August 29 in Denver. EMIXX West brings together synthesizer enthusiasts, electronic musicians, gear builders and other sound creators to discover and try new gear, exchange equipment and ideas, and take part in workshops and live performances.

As an exhibitor, KORG will have its own table showcasing some of its latest products, including the NTS-4, a compact DIY six-channel analog performance mixer for hardware-based setups. Also on display will be phase8, KORG’s first instrument built around its Acoustic Synthesis technology, using physically vibrating steel resonators that can be sequenced, modulated, tuned, and performed in real time. Attendees will be able to stop by and demo both.
At 4:30 PM, Fess Gillespie, KORG’s Global Communications Manager as well as a DJ, electronic artist and producer, will lead a 30-minute demonstration of the phase8 and NTS-4, exploring how each can be used in electronic music and hardware-based performance setups.
KORG will also take part in EMIXX West’s end-of-show performances, where participating gear makers will put their instruments to use on stage for live performances.

About KORG
Today, and into the future. Inspiring instruments that make music fun.
Since it was founded in 1963, Korg's goal has been to create new experiences in music and performance. That was what drove the creation of Japan's first disc-based rhythm machine, the Doncamatic, and then led to the development of Japan’s first synthesizer and the world's first needle-type tuner, followed by numerous unique instruments that have brought the enjoyment of musical performance to many people all around the world.
